SurveyDigital provides a structured approach to research, offering a wide range of tools that involve as many potential respondents as possible. Paper and web-based surveys are employed - multi-lingual if required - backed up with telephone focus groups, interviews, desk research and conference or seminar events as necessary. No bar to participation is placed in front of any potential respondent and they have many routes through which to participate. In addition, where online surveys are employed, respondents are always offered the opportunity to receive a print copy of the questionnaire for completion, with reply-paid envelope.
SurveyDigital abides by the code of practice of the Market Research Society, of which its partners are Members. This covers all relevant ethical issues. In addition, SurveyDigital can advise clients on privacy and confidentiality issues relating to mailings, e-mailings, data exchange and all aspects of personal contact. SurveyDigital is also registered under the Data Protection Act
The company ensures that all potential respondents are offered the opportunity to respond and, indeed, encourages response where appropriate with a relevant incentive.
SurveyDigital has entered into a collaboration with Intuitive Media to undertake the Younger Voice project, giving companies and institutions the possibility of addressing research and user-testing with verified, representative, secure communities of 6 to 14 year olds.
